Jan has more than 25 years of experience from the shipping industry including running one of the largest shipping companies in Germany.
He holds an executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School combined with various board positions.
He started his career as master mariner in Maersk Tankers before taking management roles on shore.

Aaron has more than 25 years of experience in shipping investments, ship finance, and portfolio management across global maritime markets.
He holds an executive MBA with commendation from ESSEC & Mannheim. Based in Hamburg, he has financed more than 250 vessels, managed and monetized billions in distressed shipping loans, and most recently worked as Associate Partner in an M&A advisory boutique specializing in maritime transactions.

Lars has more than 20 years of experience in transactions, commercial strategy, and business development.
Before entering the shipping industry, he worked within the international football sector, advising on player and club transactions as well as private equity-related projects.
Over the past 12 years, he has held executive commercial roles within shipping.
