The partners behind Zeaside Capital Partners bring decades of combined experience across shipping, investments, operations, and corporate leadership.
Our backgrounds are rooted in execution – driving performance, managing complex transactions, and delivering strong returns across varying market cycles. Throughout our individual careers, we have completed a substantial number of S&P and M&A transactions while holding leadership positions across both the maritime and financial sectors.
This experience is further supported by high-level education from recognized institutions and extensive international industry networks.

Established in 2015, ALBA Tankers has built a strong reputation as a successful tanker owner and operator within the short sea tanker market.

In March 2026, Zeaside Capital Partners, together with a group of private Danish and international investors, acquired ALBA Tankers with the ambition of further strengthening and expanding the commercial tanker platform across both vessel segments and fleet size.The acquisition reflects Zeaside Capital Partners’ long-term commitment to the maritime industry and our strategy of investing in high-quality platforms with strong operational foundations.

As part of the ownership structure, Zeaside Capital Partners serves as co-owner of ALBA Tankers.
Jan Eghøj, partner and CEO of Zeaside Capital Partners, also serves as CEO of ALBA Tankers, while Aaron Sen, partner and CFO of Zeaside Capital Partners, serves as CFO of the company. In addition, Sisse Mai, advisory board member at Zeaside Capital Partners, acts as chairperson of the board of ALBA Tankers.
Together with the existing management team in Sweden, Zeaside Capital Partners will support the continued growth and development of the platform moving forward.
